Keeps Me Grounded is an exploration of obsession, peering into the lives and struggles of several people, each with their own interests, fixations, and phobias. Despite these fixations being seen as potentially dangerous, they all serve the purpose of making the characters feel in control of their lives. By throwing those tethers away in an attempt to be “Normal”, they sacrifice their comfort and happiness.
